Weight Loss Story

I have been active all my life with daily walks and yoga but due to housework, family commitments and stress my own health was going downhill.

Working with Be Your Best Self Transformation I got to learn about the nutrition – what and when to eat certain foods and what to avoid. By simply applying the principles and plan advised by Rahul, I have lost weight, gained more energy and feel healthier. I am still doing my daily walks and yoga sessions but now I have right nutrition advise.
